Lucky in Love

Jenny and Quang is a couple that are truly lucky in love. After many years of courtship they have finally tied the knot in February 2011. Jenny is a good friend of mine and she is one of those bride who just have great taste. From her choice of wedding gown to jewelry to decorating sense, she just hits the mark on everything.

When Jenny came to me for an initial consultation, I was really ecstatic with her wedding vision. From there, we came up with the theme “Lucky in Love”. The wedding style is an eclectic mix of elegant and vintage details with a bit of whimsical fun. The bride wore an off-the-shoulder mermaid beaded dress. I love this dress. Her bridesmaids were in sweet tangerine cocktail attire. The groom and his entourage wore classic black and white tuxedos. Although it was a rainy spring morning, the party still went on without a hitch.

I just love how this wedding theme all came together so flawlessly. Congratulations to Jenny and Quang, best wishes to you both.

The Essentials

Bridal Bouquet – Composed of vendella and nova rosas, white ranunculus, lime green cymbidium, super green rosas, mini white callas and finished with antique white beaded lace.

Bridesmaids Bouquet – composed of orange and vendella rosas paired with white ranunculus finished with satin chocolate ribbons.

Groom’s Boutonniere – composed of lime green cymbidium paired with white ranunculus and greeneries, finished with white satin ribbons.

Groomsmen Boutonniere – Composed of and white ranunculus paired with beargrass and greeneries, finished with satin brown striped ribbons.
